DESTINATION
Lake Arrowhead was the intentional choice
The original idea included camping, but limited tent-site options pushed the plan toward something more comfortable and more realistic: a shared Airbnb or retreat house in the woods.
Lake Arrowhead works because it feels like a real getaway without becoming a whole expedition from LA. The goal is cabin energy, mountain air, and a place that makes the whole group weekend easy to enjoy.
WHY THE RSVP MATTERS
Headcount drives the house and the cost.
The current plan is a house that can host up to 12 people. If interest goes above 12, the organizers may look at multiple properties. Per-person cost depends on how many people actually commit.
